Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market name change

On 23 March the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) name change was finalised. The new name of the Office is now the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

The earlier Community trademark will be known as the European Union Trademark (EUTM).

The EUIPO website is euipo.europa.eu.
